1. About AvantaDrive

AvantaDrive is an online marketplace that helps users discover vehicle listings and connect with private sellers, brokers and dealers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AvantaDrive is a platform for listing and discovery; it is not the seller or buyer in a vehicle transaction.

2. Accounts and accurate information

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and protecting your login credentials. You must provide truthful listing details, including price, condition, mileage, location and photographs, and update or remove listings that are no longer available.

3. Listings and prohibited conduct

You may only publish listings you are authorised to offer. Do not post misleading, fraudulent, unlawful, duplicate or unauthorised content; impersonate another person; manipulate enquiries; or attempt to interfere with the platform, its users or its security.

4. Vehicle transactions

Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own due diligence, negotiations, payment arrangements, documentation and compliance with applicable Kenyan law. Verify a vehicle and the identity and authority of the person selling it before paying or completing a transaction. AvantaDrive does not guarantee a listing’s accuracy, a seller’s conduct or a transaction outcome.

5. Content and platform availability

You retain rights to content you submit, while allowing AvantaDrive to host, display and promote it as needed to operate the marketplace. We may remove content or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. We may modify or suspend features as the service develops.

6. Limitation and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, AvantaDrive is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, inaccurate third-party listings, unauthorised conduct by users, or temporary service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes and contact
